These are boss-pdf's own grid lines — exactly what “Make it Excel” used. Where it merged 2–3 columns into one, add a line to split them; drag to move, double-click to delete. blue = columns — global: calibrated once, applied to every page. green = rows — this page only: auto-detected, and if you edit them your lines are remembered for that page (“Reset rows” restores auto). Other pages keep their own. Export re-runs boss-pdf's extraction with your corrected columns.
